Goals and Procrastination

Set Goals that Motivate You. When you set goals for yourself, it is important that they motivate you: this means making sure that they are important to you, and that there is value in achieving them.

Write your goals down

Break your goal down into small steps, for example if you want to run a marathon you would build up slowly, increase your distance over many weeks and months.

Start off with no more than five goals, to many it will feel overwhelming.

Make your goal realistic, if you want to loose 5 kilos in a week you will be disappointed Aim for a kilo or less a week and you will reach your goal.

Set an end date to your goal, remember make it realistic

Review your goal often preferable weekly.

Procrastination is your biggest enemy. Check out this great video
