If you need to talk

Support & helplines

If you're struggling, you don't have to cope alone. The services below are here to listen — free, confidential, and staffed by trained people. Whatever you're going through, you are welcome to reach out to any of them at any time.

In an emergency, if life is at immediate risk: call 999 or go to your nearest A&E. For urgent help that isn't an emergency, call NHS 111 (choose the mental health option) at any hour.
